What to do if I encounter a problem on MyGuichet when submitting my tax return?
Throughout the year, many tax returns from taxx.lu are submitted via MyGuichet. Each year, we ensure that the process works smoothly and that our detailed step-by-step instructions remain fully reliable.
If you encounter a problem when submitting your tax return via MyGuichet, follow these steps:
- Follow our step-by-step instructions
- To avoid any issues, follow our instructions exactly as provided here: How do I transfer my tax return to myguichet.lu? (Only F100 NOT for F163!)
- Check the form type
- Form 163 (annual statement) cannot be submitted via MyGuichet. It must be sent by mail or delivered directly to your tax office.
- Do not modify the tax return
- Do not change the document name or any fields already filled in the official PDF. If you modify the PDF or certain fields, it will no longer be possible to submit it via MyGuichet and it will have to be sent by mail.
- Try again at a different time
- During peak periods, MyGuichet may be temporarily slow or inaccessible. Wait a few minutes and try again.
- Check your connection and browser
- Make sure your internet connection is working properly. Use an up-to-date browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari recommended).
- Paper alternative
- If problems persist or the form is incompatible, send your tax return in paper format before the official deadline.
