What happens after submitting my tax return on MyGuichet?

Once your tax return is submitted on MyGuichet, it is forwarded to your tax office. The tax administration:

1. Reviews the information in your return.
2. Adds comments if additional information or documents are required.
3. Finalises the process once all checks are completed.

You will then receive by postal mail:

• Your tax assessment notice, showing the amount of tax to be paid or refunded.
• The detailed tax calculation.

The tax administration has a legal period of up to 5 years from the date your tax return is received to issue this notice.

Important: The amount to pay or be refunded is not displayed in the return or on MyGuichet, but only on the tax assessment notice sent by post.
