# Le taux fixe est-il recalculé chaque année automatiquement par l’administration fiscale luxembourgeoise ?

De manière générale, votre taux d’imposition fixe n’est pas recalculé chaque année par l’administration fiscale.
Il arrive parfois que le taux fixe soit recalculé suite au traitement de votre déclaration fiscale, si vous avez un montant important d’impôt à repayer.
