# Je ne suis pas obligé de déclarer : puis-je quand même récupérer un trop-perçu d'impôt sur ma pension ?

Oui. Si vous n'êtes pas soumis à l'imposition par voie d'assiette, vous pouvez demander une régularisation par décompte annuel (modèle 163) afin de récupérer l'éventuel excédent d'impôt retenu à la source par votre caisse de pension.
