# Faut-il déclarer un bien immobilier hérité dans la déclaration d’impôt ?

Vous devez le mentionner dans votre déclaration d'impôt mais il n’y a pas d’impact fiscal immédiat si vous ne le vendez pas. 

Il faut donc le déclarer dans la section "Opérations immobilières" de votre déclaration d’impôt.
