# Comment déclarer l'acquisition d'un bien immobilier ?

L'acquisition d'un bien immobilier situé au Luxembourg ou bien à l'étranger est à déclarer dans votre déclaration d'impôt.

Dans le formulaire "Situation fiscale" cochez "J'ai acquis ou vendu de l'immobilier" et sauvegardez. Puis vous pourrez trouver la catégorie "Opérations immobilières" dans laquelle vous pourrez remplir les différents champs.
