# Comment afficher la catégorie « Opérations immobilières » ?

###### Étape 1 : Mise à jour de votre situation fiscale

* Accédez à la rubrique « Situation fiscale » de votre compte taxx.lu.
* Cochez la case « Nous avons acheté ou vendu un bien immobilier ».
* Cliquez sur « Sauvegarder » pour confirmer votre sélection.

###### Étape 2 : Accéder à la section « Opérations immobilières »

* Une fois les modifications sauvegardées, une nouvelle section intitulée « Opérations immobilières » apparaît dans le menu de navigation de gauche.
* Ouvrez cette section pour déclarer tous les détails nécessaires à l'achat ou à la vente de votre bien immobilier.
