# Which types of insurance contract are eligible for the Foyer discount?

To benefit from the Foyer discount, you need to include at least one Foyer insurance policy in your tax return.

The following types of contract are eligible for the Foyer discount:

* Accident insurance
* Life insurance
* Home insurance (third-party liability part only)
* Car insurance (third-party liability and driver protection parts only)
* Supplementary health insurance (DKV, CMCM...)
* Disability, old-age and incapacity for work insurance
* Mortgage protection insurance (single premium and annual premium)
