# Where to declare orphan pensions and foster family allowances in Luxembourg?

Orphan pensions (pension d'orphelin) and foster family allowances (aides familles d'accueil) do not need to be declared in your Luxembourg tax return. These forms of income are non-taxable and therefore are not subject to any declaration requirements.
