What should I do if the Auto Scan has not been able to import my documents?

For Auto Scan to work properly, documents must be sharp, legible and in a standard format. If the image is blurred, cropped or too dark, the import may fail.


In addition, as Auto Scan only recognises certain standardised certificates already supported by our system, some documents may not yet be able to be read automatically.


In this case, you can always enter the information manually in the corresponding forms. In this way, you retain the option of completing your declaration without the help of Auto Scan.
