What should I do if importing the S-Net Zip file into taxx.lu doesn't work?
If importing the Zip file from S-Net does not work on taxx.lu, please contact our customer support via email (help@taxx.l) or chat, so that we can assist you and resolve the situation. You can send us the Zip file by email: help@taxx.lu
Alternatively, we suggest you import the information and documents manually. You can also use our taxx.lu Scanner App to help you import the documents into your tax return.
