Why will video calls for the Premium plan only be available from January 2026?

December is an extremely busy month due to the high number of tax returns that need to be reviewed before 31st December 2025. To ensure your file is carefully checked and nothing is missed, we focus our resources on reviewing the returns.

You can therefore submit your return before December 31 with confidence: we will make sure it is properly checked before the end of the year.

The video call can then be scheduled in January, at a calm time, to answer all your questions and provide personal guidance.

Rest assured: after receiving your assessment, you still have 3 months to submit any potential appeal to the ACD, so the call does not need to take place in December.
