What does the manual verification by a tax expert include?

With the Plus and Premium packages, your tax return is reviewed in detail by a tax expert who checks your data against the documents you have provided.


Specifically, the tax expert will:

  • compare your entries with the certificates and supporting documents (salary slips, interest statements, insurance certificates, etc.),
  • ensure that the amounts declared match the official documents,
  • verify whether the documents you have submitted can actually be used as tax certificates,
  • make sure that all the tax deductions you are entitled to are correctly applied,
  • identify any errors or inconsistencies before the return is filed.


Process: After purchasing the Plus or Premium package, your verification request is forwarded to our team. The review usually takes a few days (depending on the number of requests being processed). Once the verification is complete, you will receive an email summarizing the adjustments made by the expert or the corrections you need to apply to your tax return. You can then download the final version and submit it to your tax office.


In addition to checking your tax return, the tax expert will also review your tax assessment notice once it is issued by the tax authorities. They compare the assessment with your return and analyse any discrepancies. If an error by the tax office is found, the expert can prepare a formal objection letter to have the situation corrected.
