Do I have to declare all my foreign income even if I am a cross-border worker?

If you wish to benefit from assimilation and thus be entitled to the same advantages and deductions as a person residing in Luxembourg, you must declare your worldwide income, i.e. income from Luxembourg and from abroad, in your Luxembourg tax return.
