# How do I submit form 190/210 to MyGuichet.lu?

**Form 190/210 must be submitted as an annex to the tax return.**

First, submit your tax return (Form 100) on MyGuichet. Please follow these steps: [How do I transfer my tax return to myguichet.lu? (Only F100 NOT for F163!)](/en/article/how-do-i-transfer-my-tax-return-to-myguichetlu-only-f100-not-for-f163-1gxggzq/)

| Click on "Add an annex".

| Then select “Model 190-210: Income deriving from leasing of real property” and click on “Validate”.

| Then click on “Replace” to add the F190/210 form downloaded from your taxx.lu account.

| Select the F190/210 file downloaded from your taxx.lu account.

| You will then see here that the form has been replaced. You can then add your other attachments, sign your tax return with your Luxtrust and submit it.
