# How do I send in my annual statement (form 163) in Luxembourg ?

2 steps before sending your form 163 : 

* Open it in Adobe Acrobat Reader and check the data.
* Print it out and sign on the last page.

You can then send the form and your attachments by post to your RTS office. The address of the relevant RTS office is shown on Form 163 (first page top left) and in the 'Result' form on taxx.lu.
