# How do I download my completed tax return?

**Once paid**, you can download your completed declaration and the corresponding appendices in the **Results** category.

Depending on your situation, you can download form 100 or form 163. Both completed forms are available.
It is then up to you to sign your declaration and send it to the tax authorities with the corresponding appendices.
