What if I'm still not receiving emails from taxx.lu?


If you've added us to your contacts but still don't see our emails:


  1. Check your spam/junk folder: Even whitelisted emails can sometimes end up there initially
  2. Check spam filters: Look for any custom filters that might be blocking our domain
  3. Add our domain: Some email providers allow you to whitelist entire domains. Add @taxx.lu to your safe senders list (see below)
  4. Contact your IT department: If you use a corporate email, your company's email security might need to whitelist our address

  1. Click the gear icon > "See all settings"
