# Can I submit my tax return late and/or for previous years?

It is only possible to submit one or more tax returns late if they were compulsory. Here is an article that might be helpful:

If your tax return was not compulsory, then you cannot submit your overdue tax return: it will be refused by your tax office, as will the granting of a tax refund.
