# Can I file tax returs for someone else on my taxx.lu account?

**Yes**, you can file tax declarations for another person via your client account on taxx.lu, in particular for close relations such as family members or people you are assisting.

However, the signature and explicit agreement of the taxpayer concerned are required to finalise and submit the tax return on their behalf.
