I forgot whether I have an existing account, how can I check?

If you're not sure whether you already have a taxx.lu account:

• Try to sign in with your usual email address
• If an account exists, use the "Forgot password?" option
• If no account exists, you can create a new account using your Google account, or simply using your email address and a password

You will get an error message if the email associated with your Google account has already been used for a user account on taxx.lu:
