Why am I not receiving taxx.lu e-mails?

If you are not receiving our e-mails, they may have been blocked by your e-mail provider's spam filters or placed in your spam folder.

What should you do?
Check your spam folder. If our e-mails are there, mark them as ‘Not spam’ so that you can receive future messages correctly.
Add our address to your contact list. Register our e-mail address in your address book or your safe senders.
