# Welche Steuerklasse habe ich, wenn ich im Laufe des Steuerjahres geheiratet habe?

In Luxemburg gilt die Ehe rückwirkend zum 1. Januar des Steuerjahres. Konkret bedeutet dies: Selbst wenn Sie erst im Laufe des Jahres geheiratet haben, gelten Sie für das gesamte betreffende Steuerjahr als verheiratet und können für das gesamte Jahr in die Steuerklasse 2 eingestuft werden.
