Für das Jahr, in dem Sie Ihren Hauptwohnsitz erworben haben, können Sie Folgendes abziehen: 

* die Zinsen für Ihren Immobilienkredit
* die Rechnung des Notars für die Eröffnung des Kredits (+- 3.000 - 5.000€)
* die Bankprovision 

Die Rechnung des Notars für die Eintragungskosten (Erwerb der Immobilie) ist nicht absetzbar.
