# Über wie viele Jahre kann ich meine Photovoltaikanlage abschreiben?

Die übliche Nutzungsdauer beträgt mindestens 20 Jahre, was einer Abschreibungsrate von 5 % pro Jahr entspricht, sofern der Betrieb der Anlage unter eine der in Artikel 10 des Einkommensteuergesetzes (LIR) genannten Einkommenskategorien fällt.
